Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Prices will be shown in Pounds Sterling.

All payments are processed via WorldPay and are processed by WolrdPays 128 bit secure server. No credit card information can ever be viewed by Green Thinking or stored by us.

We accept payment from the following cards Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo.

Following placing the order you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of the order. If for any reason we are unable to honour your order we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any payments made immediately.


Shipping And Handling

Green Thinking delivers goods to the UK mainland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.

We use first and second class post, Royal Mail Parcel or courier depending on the total weight of the order.

We endeavour to reuse packing materials that we have received through deliveries to our shop.


Delivery Schedule

If the items you require are in stock we will post them on the day of receipt and you will receive them within 5 working days. If the items are out of stock we will contact you with information of delivery times.

Missed Deliveries - please note that if Royal Mail leave a card advising they have tried to deliver the parcel however were unsuccessful they will only hold the parcel for 7 days before returning it to us as 'not called for'. If parcels are returned through no fault of Green Thinking we will issue a refund less our postal / payment charges or re-send the parcel once delivery costs have been repaid. If you dispute that Royal Mail have left a card please contact and claim direct from Royal Mail for any additional costs you may have incurred due to this.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All item prices are inclusive of 17.5% VAT where applicable.
